Highmark provides customized direct billing services for employees on leave of absence, retirees and for other employee direct billing needs (the most common is for voluntary benefits not on payroll deduction).
OUR SERVICE INCLUDES:
Distribution of notifications and other required correspondence, election packets (including annual open enrollment), and termination notices as required by law.
Distribution of courtesy notices such as late payment notices and deficient payment notices.
Processing election forms and tracking key dates to ensure accurate and timely responses to administrative requirements.
Collection of premium and remittance per client instructions.
Distribution of other notifications such as Medicare Part D Creditable Coverage Notices, Women’s Health & Cancer Rights Act, Michelle’s Law, and Mental Health Parity (optional, additional charges may apply).
Secure web access for client benefit administrators to view information.
Secure web access for participant election.
Secure payment options for participants (ACH/bank draft and credit card).
